Job Description
Provides 24-hour operational oversight and management support for all organizational Security programs ensuring policy and procedural compliance and efficient operations. Provides supervision of the Security department in the absence of the Director. Provides supervision and motivates staff members in a positive manner developing teamwork in security services as required by Director. Oversees the Video, Panic, Infant Abduction and other Security Systems to ensure proper coverage, operations and staff competency. Assists Director in implementing department’s objectives, overseeing staffing, and implementing new procedures and/or programs as necessary.
