What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bar Bus Person position at New York Yacht Club?
We are now hiring Bartenders, Barbacks and Cocktail Servers for the 2022 season. Our season begins late April/ early May and runs through the end of September. There may be opportunities to stay on longer for certain positions.
Candidates with flexibility and night and weekend availability through the end of September will move to the top of the list.
Excellent work ethic, a positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn and teach are essential.
A strong wine, beer and cocktail knowledge is preferred.
Previous Bar experience in a fine dining/ Private club or event setting is preferred.
Expect to work in a fast paced but low stress environment. This is a non-tipping position with a competitive hourly wage.
