Position Summary:
An Injection Molding Operator utilizes injection molding machines to produce silicone parts in an effort to fulfill daily production requirements in accordance with the production schedule.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Run injection molding machines.
- Monitor product quality to ensure parts are made to specifications.
- Responsible for maintaining production rates to meet the production schedule.
- Cores injection molded parts when required.
- Collects and reports manufacturing performance data.
- Reviews and completes work order paperwork.
- Maintains a clean working environment through regular cleaning of the cleanroom and equipment.
- Follows all cleanroom gowning procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education, Skills and Experience Requirements:
- Highschool diploma or GED.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with management as well as other team members.
- Experience with plastic injection molding machines preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends if required.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
