Description
Drivers are responsible for the delivery of meals to Newaygo County seniors.
Examples of Duties
- Deliver meals to clients on a designated route.
- Able to load/unload a vehicle and lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
- Completes home delivered meals route sheets, signing, and returning of sheets and client donations on a daily basis. Helps with packaging of meals as needed.
Typical Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Must have a valid driver's license, dependable.
- Must have knowledge of Newaygo County road system, be able to follow directions and provide meal delivery according to route.
All offers of employment are contigent upon ability to pass a background check and drug screening which includes marijuana.
Supplemental Information
- May work a flexible schedule with hours ranging from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Minimum benefits offered, which are also based on hours worked.
