Job Location : Alexandria, VA. - hybrid onsite / remote(All remote work must be performed within the United States.)

Job Type : Direct Hire

Compensation : $140-170,000 (annually) with an employee benefits package and possible bonus opportunity.

General Job Description : Our client is seekingexperienced ServiceNow Developers to join their team in Alexandria, VA. This hybrid role requires onsite presence for requirements analysis and specification gathering (up to 3 days a week initially). The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. The candidate will design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems. They will ensure adherence to best practices and company standards, troubleshoot and optimize ServiceNow solutions for performance and scalability, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers as needed.

Job Requirements :

• ServiceNow development - 5 years of hands-on development experience
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform development, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and workflow automation
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, or CSM
• Strong understanding of REST / SOAP APIs and integrations
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing onsite collaboration with remote development
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
