Newbury Living is seeking a hardworking, full-time Apartment Maintenance Technician to maintain our beautiful
Newbury Village Apartments.
SALARY RANGE $22.00 TO $26.50 per hour, depending on experience and ability.
This position reports to the District Maintenance Supervisor.

Working knowledge in areas of electrical, heating, plumbing, appliance repairs, general repairs, cleaning and painting is preferred.
Applicant must have the skills for building and grounds maintenance and have their own hand tools.
Availability to respond to emergency phone calls during the weekday evenings and weekends is required.
Applicants must have reliable transportation and provide a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
Must be able to complete work orders and make apartments ready for move-ins in a timely and efficient manner.
Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug test.
Filling out and returning a company application is required to be considered for a position.
