What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Manager position at Newby Management?
We are seeking to hire an experienced Licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) to manage a 393 site, resident owned community. This is a part-time position working 25 hours per week. Availability for emergency situations. The right candidate for this position must have excellent communication skills, be customer service oriented, and professional in appearance. Experience working in a manufactured home community a plus.
Qualifications:
- A valid Community Association Manager License (required)
- Demonstrated record of accomplishment in managing a community association. Minimum two years experience.
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Pass a background check and drug test.
Required Skills:
- Demonstrate ability to create, understand, and manage budgets and finances. Knowledge of CINC is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, etc.)
- Able to work effectively with a diverse group of people.
Job duties may include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for assisting in conducting and carrying on the business of operation of the Association in accordance with the governing documents, applicable local and state statutes and laws, and the management agreement.
Attend Board meetings as requested.
