What are the responsibilities and job description for the Catering Team Lead position at Newk's Eatery?
The Catering Team Lead is responsible to ensure all Newk’s guests and clients receive a positive Newk’s Experience outside of the restaurant. This position also assists the restaurant team in achieving planned sales by performing all responsibilities and tasks of their position according to Newk’s standards, policies and procedures for operational excellence. The Catering Team Lead also helps to protect the brand by maintaining a sanitary, safe, respectful, efficient and quality work environment while effectively managing operational/product costs.
The Catering Team Lead assists in the development, direction and motivation of the catering team members within the store, ensuring catering execution provides Newk’s catering guests with an exceptional Newk’s Experience and product quality outside the four walls of the restaurants.
