Junior Broker Program
As a candidate for the Newmark Junior Broker Training Program, you will support one of the leading commercial real estate firms with the necessary activities to focus on business development, secure client relationships for the firm and assist in the execution of transactions for clients.

Junior Broker Program
As a candidate for the Newmark Junior Broker Training Program, you will support one of the leading commercial real estate firms with the necessary activities to focus on business development, secure client relationships for the firm and assist in the execution of transactions for clients.
What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain knowledge of market conditions, property values, and other factors that impact the local real estate market and the broader industry
- Work with Research and Marketing departments to provide landlords and tenants with relevant market data, including participating in meetings to present findings to clients
- Network to secure new business leads and build new client contacts or expand existing relationships
- Assist in writing LOI’s, summarizing financial analysis, preparing lease abstracts, and reviewing all related documentation
- Prepare, organize and present transaction-related documentation, correspondence, and pitch materials to prospects and clients
- Analyze research-related data sources including but not limited to, tax record information, ownership information, capital stack structures and comparable transactions to help advise clients
- Must hold and maintain a valid Real Estate license or schedule exam within 30 days of being hired
- Prefer a bachelor’s degree in business, Finance or Real Estate and excellent academic credentials
- Exceptional interpersonal and client-oriented skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit
- Outstanding time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to analyze information and translate into strategic deliverables
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other tools
