Job Type
As Needed for maintenance request and business needs.
No fixed schedule, work as required. On-call basis
Monday- Friday at our Fort Edward Site
Pay Rate - $22.00 - $27.00 depending on experience
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
- Maintenance: Perform maintenance and repairs on building and certain systems.
- Repairs: Address and resolve maintenance requests promptly.
- Emergency Response: Respond to urgent maintenance issues and perform repairs as needed.
- Vendor Coordination: Communicate and coordinate with vendors to arrange timely repairs and maintenance services for the building.
