Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

As the Parking Supervisor, you’ll be at the helm of our valet and parking operations, ensuring every guest’s arrival and departure are seamless and memorable. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

• Lead the Team: Guide and inspire our valet attendants, ensuring top-notch service and teamwork.
• Create Guest Experiences: Be the first and last impression for guests, delivering warmth and professionalism.
• Keep It Running Smoothly: Manage parking operations with efficiency, ensuring vehicles are handled with care and safety.
• Be the Problem-Solver: Address guest inquiries and challenges with confidence and a smile.
• Stay Organized: Oversee schedules, vehicle logs, and parking area upkeep, ensuring everything is in tip-top shape.

Qualifications

What We Are Loooking For:

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required
• A natural leader with experience in valet, parking, or hospitality operations (supervisory experience is a big plus!).
• Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent communicator and problem-solver, with a knack for handling challenges with professionalism.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to safety and efficiency.
