Castle Hill Inn is looking for a Recreation Staff to join the team.
Residing inside the historic Agassiz Mansion at Castle Hill Inn, The Forbes and Relais & Chateaux restaurant Aurelia is the next evolution in Castle Hill’s culinary journey – one that has been lauded as one of the best dining experiences in New England. About the Position: In the Recreation Staff role, you will coordinate activities of recreation services. Lead guest activities, and will greet and direct guests cordially.
About You: You have a passion for hospitality and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
Essential Duties:
- Formulate new and innovative activities for guests of Castle Hill
- Schedule maintenance of items used by Recreation Department- Bikes, Fishing Poles, etc.
- Assist with maintenance of trails on Castle Hill Property
- Lead guest activities- Nightly Fireside Gathering, Guided Hikes
- Maintain Castle Hill Beach in season as well as off season
- Ensure par inventory of items utilized by the Recreation Department
- Participate in the arrival process of guests to the Castle Hill property in conjunction with the Valet and Bell Services areas

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Must have flexible schedule to work during days, nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed
- Prior experience a plus but not required
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong customer service skills
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds
- Be collaborative, using a team approach to creating an equitable workplace environment and have respectful working relationships
