We're looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team. As an HRBP, you will play a critical role in scaling our culture, aligning business and people strategies, and supporting leaders through rapid growth and change. This is a high-impact role in a fast-moving environment, ideal for someone who thrives on innovation, collaboration, and building from the ground up. Responsibilities include partnering with business leaders as a trusted advisor on talent, org design, performance, engagement, and team development; driving and executing recruiting strategies; leading compensation benchmarking and planning efforts; analyzing people data to identify trends and guide organizational improvements; championing culture and values through coaching and change initiatives; and driving key HR programs like engagement surveys, talent calibration, onboarding, and succession planning. Requirements include 5 years of progressive HR/People experience with at least 3 years as an HRBP or similar role, proven experience supporting engineering, product, or tech teams in a high-growth AI startup or fast-paced environment, strong coaching, influencing, and communication skills, strong understanding of compensation principles, proficiency in using data to drive decision-making, and knowledge of US employment law. Bonus points for expertise in compensation design and leveling, familiarity with compensation tools and surveys, and exposure to modern HRIS tools.
