Job Description:

As an Entry-Level Customer Service/Data Entry Specialist at Newtech Dental Laboratories, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records. This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to manage data efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing professional and courteous support.
• Process customer orders, forms, applications, and requests in our database with high accuracy.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to offer solutions and support to customers.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform data entry tasks, including updating customer information and order details in our system.
• Assist in preparing regular reports on customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback.
• Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge related to our products and services.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• A positive attitude and a customer-oriented approach.
• Experience in customer service or data entry is preferred but not required.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
