Position Summary:  The Pricing Manager is responsible for providing administrative support in developing, submitting, and managing product pricing for NewView Oklahoma's product lines. This role requires close collaboration with WorkQuest Oklahoma as well as internal teams and vendors, to ensure accurate and profitable pricing while meeting program requirements. The Pricing Manager will also manage NewView’s internal pricing references and documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.

 

Essential duties and responsibilities (core functions representing 80% of time spent):

  • Serves as primary liaison and managing relationship with WorkQuest Oklahoma to facilitate all administrative requirements, including addition and management of products and services, as well as associated pricing and product information, on the Oklahoma State Use Contract and the WorkQuest Oklahoma website.
  • Works with internal team members to regularly review and ensure satisfactory pricing for new and existing products to protect profitability while remaining competitive.
  • Manages the internal pricing information, developing processes and resources to ensure accuracy and version control for state, federal, commercial and unique contract pricing.
  • Works with internal teams, including Accounting, Purchasing, and Operations, as well as vendors, in the timely creation of quotes for new and existing items.
  • Works with Fulfillment Coordinator to ensure accurate pricing and high levels of customer communication, minimal lead time, high quality of product, and an overall positive customer experience.
  • Works with Contract Manager to support quoting and pricing of federal contract items.
  • Creates and manages customer records in Salesforce CRM to ensure accuracy and track all meaningful associated activities.
  • Creates and manages opportunity records in Salesforce CRM to ensure accuracy in forecasting and business development.
  • Works with Quality, Purchasing, and Business Development to ensure accurate BOMs and supports BOM creation.
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge on new products, procedures, services and tools by attending departmental and training meetings.
  • Maintains professionalism, diplomacy, sensitivity, and tact to portray the company in a positive manner.
  • Must follow all company policies and procedures including departmental safety policies.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.


Qualifications (Minimum education, experience, training, licensure, certification):

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field or a combination of education and experience. 
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience working in accounting, pricing, financial analysis, or related role.
  • Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience in Sage ERP system and Salesforce CRM or equivalent is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills both in written and verbal form.
  • Proven forecasting and customer service skills.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, particularly those related to cost accounting, financial analysis, and budget management.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially in financial reporting and pricing calculations.
  • Ability to analyze financial data, including profit margins and cost structures.
