You are the architect of the client experience; from first contact on the phone, or email, to the smiling face and engaging conversation they look forward to each time the client comes in for a session. This is vital to preparing clients for the amazing transformation and journey they will experience at Cache Valley Counseling (CVC). We believe in providing world-class care to the clients that come to Cache Valley Counseling.

CVC was established in 2017 in Northern Utah to fulfill the need of providing quality, client-centered care to those individuals who put their health and well-being at a premium. We accomplish this through a unique “client journey” experience, where we take great care that every interaction is personable and world-class.

Our vision and underlying mission is to be Northern Utah’s premier practice for couples, individuals, and families to come and process through their most challenging times. We will accomplish this over the next 1-2 years (and beyond) by:

About This Role:

If together we decide to start this professional relationship, our goal is to keep you happy and not dread coming into the clinic. Your development (not only professionally but personally as well) is our number one priority. Extensive and quality training on a continual basis will be provided for you to not only be confident while in the clinic, but to feel fulfilled in all aspects of life.

Below is a list of activities (not comprehensive):

  • Support management to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Support employees through a variety of tasks
  • Responsible for filing and maintaining confidential information
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Record and track payments, manage payment plans, and monthly billing
  • Respond to inquiries for services
  • Answer phone calls and record clear and concise information
  • Contact various insurance companies to obtain benefits information for potential and current clients
  • Perform general office duties, such as: ordering and shopping for office supplies and maintaining records
  • Attend meetings to record minutes
  • Write and distribute emails
  • Ability to deal with people in an understanding, sensitive, and professional manner
  • Some light cleaning
  • Other duties as assigned
