Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our Dining Services team by developing engaging visual content that enhances the guest experience and strengthens our brand identity. This role will work on fast-turn, one-off projects. Experience populating templates and maintaining brand integrity is key.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce visual assets for Dining Services, including manuals, menus, signage, promotional materials, digital displays, presentations, and internal communications
• Collaborate with the culinary, and operations teams to create support materials
• Ensure all designs align with brand standards while supporting individual dining concepts and locations
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
• Prepare final files for print and digital production, ensuring accuracy and quality
• Contribute creative ideas to campaigns, seasonal promotions, and new dining initiatives
• Maintain and organize design files and templates for ongoing use

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field required
• Preference for candidates with a Graphic Design degree from an accredited design school
• 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience
• Open to learning and using canva
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to balance creativity with brand consistency and business objectives
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
• Portfolio demonstrating strong design skills across print and digital media

Preferred Skills

• Flexibility is key -open to working independently and on pressure-prompted requests.
• Ok, knowing the workload will be intense and never stop
• Understanding of production processes for print
• Experience in formatting long manuals or catalogs
