We’re building the infrastructure layer for modern healthcare, connecting thousands of fragmented, on-premise, and closed EHR systems into a single, modern platform that powers software, APIs, payments, and patient experiences across the ecosystem.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner closely with Product, Design, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
  • Provide technical oversight: Guide architecture, scalability, and maintainability across product domains, championing high standards in code quality, testing, reliability, and security.
  • Shape org structure and culture: Build organizational structures, career paths, and team processes that enable high performance and a strong engineering culture.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven ability to lead through influence, collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive stakeholders
  • Track record of defining and driving engineering and organizational roadmaps with measurable business impact
  • A builder mindset with a history of scaling teams and systems in fast-paced environments
  • Strong ownership and initiative in ambiguous, evolving contexts
  • A bias for action and data-driven decision making
  • First-principles thinking applied to technical and organizational challenges
  • Deep care for people development and long-term team health
