My client, a leading privately held speciality chemical company is seeking a SHE Manager to join their manufacturing facility which is based south of Memphis TN.
Key experience in a previous level or title within the chemical or petrochemical industry within a PSM Environment is needed for this position.
Job role:
SHE Manager:
- Ensure compliance with national and international Hazardous Materials Transportation requirements affecting land, water, and air transportation of North America originating materials.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations governing the Cadet, MO facility operation.
- Maintain ISO 14001 registration standards and support ISO 9001 and 45001 registration.
- Support safety compliance programs at the Cadet manufacturing facility and corporate offices/labs.

Essential Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university
- Proficient in formulation work and associated test methods is preferred
- Ability to communicate well, strong in building teamwork, provide excellent customer service, financial acumen
