An up-and-coming service company is looking for a dispatcher who has customer service and dispatching experience in a trade and a drive to grow within the company. Most of all, NexLvl Services is looking for a dispatcher who is obsessed with taking care of our customers and provides a quality experience every time they speak with them.

You must have no less than 2 years of dispatch experience.
Customer service experience in a trade is preferred.
Highest Responsibility:
Provide positive customer experiences through helpful and a consistent desire to go above and beyond on every phone call. This includes taking emergency calls, the sale of services, customer support, dispatching technicians, and other office related work.
Responsibilities Cont’d:
- Communicate consistently with customers throughout the whole service process
- Confidently answer customer questions related to invoices and work performed
- Make the sale or book the call of customers looking for service
- Accurately fill out paperwork related to different jobs
- Communicate professionally with technicians

Pay: $51,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
