Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute individual and team sales plans to meet or exceed goals
- Lead and participate in sales calls, demos, and customer meetings
- Manage and support account reviews with existing clients
- Oversee customer retention and account upgrade strategies
- Implement strategies to drive net new business growth
- Monitor sales metrics, report on performance, and adjust strategies accordingly
- Recruit and onboard successful sales representatives
- Assign and optimize sales territories
- Coach, train, and mentor team members to maximize productivity
- Conduct periodic performance evaluations and development reviews
- Stay current with industry trends, products, and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns
- Ensure accurate use of CRM tools and complete sales documentation
- AA or Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- 5 years of successful team management in office equipment sales
- Experience selling Segment 1–5 equipment, Production print, MPS, and software solutions
- Proficient in using CRM tools to manage sales pipelines
- Strong background in sales strategy and execution
- Exceptional customer service mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, math, and analytical skills
- Strong organizational and follow-through abilities
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, clean driving record, and proper insurance
