We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager with a proven track record of success in the office equipment and solutions industry. This is a hands-on, in-the-field leadership role for someone who excels at both individual sales and team development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute individual and team sales plans to meet or exceed goals
  • Lead and participate in sales calls, demos, and customer meetings
  • Manage and support account reviews with existing clients
  • Oversee customer retention and account upgrade strategies
  • Implement strategies to drive net new business growth
  • Monitor sales metrics, report on performance, and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Recruit and onboard successful sales representatives
  • Assign and optimize sales territories
  • Coach, train, and mentor team members to maximize productivity
  • Conduct periodic performance evaluations and development reviews
  • Stay current with industry trends, products, and competitive landscape
  • Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns
  • Ensure accurate use of CRM tools and complete sales documentation
Qualifications:
  • AA or Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • 5 years of successful team management in office equipment sales
  • Experience selling Segment 1–5 equipment, Production print, MPS, and software solutions
  • Proficient in using CRM tools to manage sales pipelines
  • Strong background in sales strategy and execution
  • Exceptional customer service mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication, math, and analytical skills
  • Strong organizational and follow-through abilities
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, clean driving record, and proper insurance
