Next Level Solutions is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Harahan for one of our amazing clients in the home decor industry. They are a family owned and operated business serving south Louisiana for over 40 years.
Summary: As an Inside Sales Person, you will engage with customers, provide tailored decorative hardware solutions, follow up on leads, build relationships, stay informed on trends, and collaborate with the sales team to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their decorative hardware needs, offering tailored solutions for projects such as home renovations, interior design, and custom installations.
- Respond to inquiries regarding decorative hardware products, including handles, knobs, hinges, and other fittings, while providing product expertise and recommendations.
- Follow up on leads, nurturing relationships with both individual customers and industry professionals (e.g., interior designers, architects, builders).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, styles, finishes, and trends in the decorative hardware market to provide customers with accurate and relevant information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, ensuring a positive customer experience and repeat business.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience in an inside sales role, preferably in the decorative hardware, home improvement, or design industry.
- Ability to communicate technical details of hardware products effectively to customers.
- Basic understanding of decorative hardware products and industry trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
Store hours are 8:30am -4:00pm. (Arrive 1/2 hr before and stay 1/2 hr later.)

Pay: $35,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
