Role:

We are seeking an experienced .NET C# Developer with a strong focus on backend development for B2B integrations. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and maintain systems that extract data from SQL Server databases and update customer web platforms via RESTful and SOAP APIs. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for an individual who thrives on solving complex challenges and has a passion for clean, efficient code.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend systems and services using .NET technologies.
• Build and consume RESTful and SOAP APIs for seamless integration with customer platforms.
• Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts to extract and manipulate data from SQL Server.
• Ensure code quality and maintainability through unit testing and automated testing frameworks.
• Perform code reviews and optimize performance for scalable and reliable systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements.
• Participate in Agile processes, including task breakdown, estimation, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Document system design, processes, and integration details to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and non-production environments.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core/Framework.
• Experience with ASP.NET Web API for building robust backend services.
• In-depth knowledge of RESTful API principles and SOAP-based services.
• Proficient in T-SQL, with experience writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization in SQL Server.
• Familiarity with Git version control and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong focus on writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Other Desirable Skills:

• Experience with Docker container development and deployment.
• Exposure to Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Experience with Windows Services and background processes.
• Familiarity with logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting production systems.
• Understanding of security principles for web and backend development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of professional experience in .NET C# development.
• Experience working on B2B integration projects.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is a plus.

Salary : $79,000 - $107,000
