We’re hiring a Construction Manager with strong Verizon wireless experience for a road warrior role supporting home internet deployments across macro and MDU sites. This is a field-heavy position with travel covering up to 300 sites and requires prior use of Fuze and SiteTracker.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee construction at macro sites and MDU rooftops
- Manage multiple GCs and coordinate crews across multiple markets
- Conduct pre-con walks, review drawings, and ensure proper rigging and documentation
- Work daily in the field—95% site presence required
- Handle PORs, schedule tracking, and contractor oversight
- Ensure compliance with project scope, schedule, and quality
- Coordinate with vendors, utilities, permitting authorities, and design teams
This is a traveling role – you must be comfortable on the road and experienced managing large-scale deployments.
You Bring
- 3 years of construction management, wireless/tower/macro experience
- Experience supporting Verizon (direct or via vendor)
- Proficiency with Fuze, SiteTracker, and wireless field documentation
- Experience running projects with 300 sites or multiple market deployments
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with engineering drawings, site logistics, and field crew leadership
