Office Assistant (Real Estate & Property Management)

Full-Time, In-Person | Monday – Friday

As a key player in our day-to-day operations, you’ll support our busy real estate and property management office in Kentucky. Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with a positive attitude.
  • -Maintain office calendars, schedule meetings, and confirm appointments for property tours and client consultations.
  • Property Management Assistance (reviewing applications, conducting showings, executing leases, managing work orders, etc.)
  • Assist with property showings, inspections, and tenant move-in/move-out processes.
  • Help track rental listings, lease renewals, and rent collection.
  • Data Entry & File Management
  • Accurately input client and property information into our databases.
  • Organize and maintain both physical and digital files for easy access and regulatory compliance.
  • Customer Experience- Greet clients, visitors, and vendors to the office.
  • Provide information on current listings, open houses, and property management procedures.
  • Office Coordination
  • Keep track of office supplies and place orders when needed.
  • Handle mail distribution, office maintenance requests, and keep the workspace neat.
  • Other task as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous office or administrative experience (real estate/property management a bonus).
  • An active Kentucky Real Estate licenses is a plus put not required
  • Strong communication skills—verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite of Products and Mac computers in general with willingness to learn new software.
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, seek out task to complete and remain calm under pressure.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude and adaptability.
  • Kentucky Notary a bonus
