PMO Manager - San FranciscoSalary range: $110,000 - $135,000 annually, depending on experience.What you'll be responsible for:As PMO Manager, you'll be the person who makes sure the company's biggest projects actually get done. You will:Set up the playbooks, templates, and processes that keep projects running smoothlyTrack what's happening across all major projects and flag problemsRun weekly project reviews with leadership and tell them what's actually going on (the good and the bad)Decide which projects get priority and which ones need to wait when resources are tightCoach project managers and team leads on how to run better projectsBuild dashboards that show executives real progress, not just pretty slidesStep in to unblock stuck projects and get teams moving againFix broken processes when you see the same issues happening over and over You'll be a strong match if you have:Previous experience in consulting (MBB, Big 4, or boutique firms)3-5 years of experience in project/programme management or PMO leadership rolesExperience managing complex, cross-functional transformation initiativesStrong expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at all organizational levelsIf you've built your career in consulting and are ready to transition into PMO leadership roles in the industry, multiple companies in our network are likely looking for you.
