What You’ll Be Doing- Support client marketing projects across multiple sectors—local and global—ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery
- Assist in coordinating events, trade shows, and campaigns, both online and in-person
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials, proposals, and presentations
- Conduct market research and compile competitor insights to inform client strategies
- Help manage communications, timelines, and assets across cross-functional teams
- Provide day-to-day administrative and logistical support to the marketing and client services teams
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn on the job
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure to tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CRM platforms is a bonus
