POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Under general supervision, perform routine PC Setup, installation of peripheral equipment, software installation, support for software products and services, deployment of service packs, hotfixes, system updates, and testing changes to the environment.
Under general supervision of the corporate system admin support, troubleshoot local windows servers, telco equipment, WAPs, routers, and switches.
Assistance with healthcare departmental-specific applications and interaction with healthcare vendor application installations as needed in support of corporate initiatives.
Strong liaison with customers and departments. Involved with analyzing user needs in the computing device environment (e.g., desktop, mobile devices, etc.) and recommending products and services that meet those needs.
Responsible for delivering, moving, and installing computing devices and related software and inventory.
This position may be required to assist with on-call work based on the business needs of the department and/or after-hours projects.
On-Call Rotation and after-hours projects to support corporate initiatives.
Knowledge of the assigned IT environments.
Demonstrate critical thinking and reasoning skills.
Ability to support enterprise backups.
General knowledge of windows servers, domain services, and virtualization platforms.
General knowledge of healthcare modalities (e.g., nurse call, telemetry, EMR, radiology, etc.)
General knowledge of HIPAA and PHI.
General knowledge of networking equipment (e.g., firewalls, routers, switches, WAPs, circuit DMARC, and POTS lines.)
Ability to perform adds, moves, and changes in Avaya IP Office.
Ability to work on multiple priorities effectively.

EDUCATION:
Two years of college coursework and/or related job experience.
EXPERIENCE:
Two years experience in healthcare environments. Three years of total related experience.

Preferred- A , Network , and Security certifications
