POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field required.
- Doctoral degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing BCBA, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience in clinical program development, interdisciplinary collaboration, and staff supervision.
- Experience working with diverse populations and across multiple service settings.
- Experience working with pediatric, adolescent, or neurodevelopmental populations is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, ideally in a hospital or clinical environment.
- Advanced knowledge of ABA principles, clinical assessment, and intervention design.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
