What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Health PRN LVN for Dallas area position at Nexus Home Healthcare?
If you love working with patients, but you're tired of being a 'billing robot' directed by unappreciative people who seem to have little care of the clinical expertise you've spent years developing, we're with you.
We think bureaucracies with 'office tyrants' in traditional home health agencies suck. Clinicians are highly educated, empathetic, autonomous and the back-bone of healthcare. And they should be treated as such, not as robots following orders from the 'important people' in the office.
Our growing Home Health agency is hiring an LVN (PRN) for the Dallas area. Patient care is what got us healthcare professionals into this career and it's at the center of what our agency does. Plus, the majority of our patients are in communities so you get to spend less time driving, and more time doing what you love--taking great care of patients.
If you think patient care should take priority over redundant/repetitive compliance processes and billing, and you want to work great in a collaborative and supportive environment, we might be the right fit for you.
Our unique clinical approach (with our exclusive Outcomes Dashboard) was designed to help our patients and their families not just recovery from the most recent illness or injury, but also set them up for long term success. We are quickly gaining recognition in this market (and beyond) from our proprietary model and are looking for a stellar LVN to continue to grow.
The ideal LVN candidate is passionate about clinical care, enjoys the patient care experience, as well as collaborating with others associated with the care of our patients. He/she also has high emotional intelligence and is able to effectively empathize and advocate tactfully for patients.
