You will work closely with experienced professionals, receive hands-on training, and develop valuable skills in sales, client management, and business consulting.Duties and Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities for HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Bookkeeping, and Staffing servicesGenerate leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and social mediaPresent and explain service offerings clearly to prospective clientsUnderstand client needs and recommend appropriate service solutionsPrepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales inquiriesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospectsMeet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsCoordinate with internal HR, payroll, recruitment, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clientsMaintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systemsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field (or equivalent experience)0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing rolesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsConfidence in presenting services and negotiating with clientsGoal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learnBasic understanding of HR or business services is a plus (training will be provided)Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools are advantagesBenefits:DentalVisionMedical401k Paid LeaveCommission
