Are you ready to work on cutting-edge semiconductor equipment in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? Join a leading advanced manufacturing team where your expertise will directly impact tool performance, product quality, and production efficiency.
We’re looking for a driven, hands-on technician with a strong background in Thin Films or semiconductor equipment maintenance to support a high-volume wafer fabrication operation. This is a night shift position (Wed–Fri every other Saturday) and includes a 15% shift pay differential.
🌟 What You'll Do
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on complex semiconductor tools and systems
- Troubleshoot across electrical, mechanical, robotics, gas, and fluid systems
- Work closely with equipment, production, and process teams to minimize downtime and maximize throughput.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help drive cost reductions
- Document daily activity and ensure smooth shift transitions with detailed passdowns
- Maintain safety and tool certifications; participate in Emergency Response Team (ERT)
đź› What You Bring
- 2 years’ experience in maintaining Thin Films or similar semiconductor equipment
- Technical education (Associate’s degree, military training, or equivalent experience)
- Solid understanding of electrical/electronic systems and ability to troubleshoot to the board level
- Familiarity with vacuum systems, RF calibration, oscilloscopes, multimeters, and He leak detectors
- Excellent team collaboration and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and support multiple toolsets

- Applied Materials Endura (PVD Al, IMP-Ti, CVD TiN, etc.)
- Applied Materials Centura (HDP, Poly, RTP)
- Novellus C2 Sequel, AG RTP, KLA/Tencor metrology tools
⚙️ Work Environment
- Cleanroom and fab setting with exposure to equipment noise, fumes, and particulates
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Respirator certification may be required (company-provided)
