NFI North is seeking a Relief/Direct Care Counselor for our Transitional Housing Service program Maple Lodge. This 8-bed adult program is located in Bethlehem New Hampshire. This program is a residential treatment and day program with a progressive reputation of providing comprehensive clinical, vocational and life skills services for adults living with mental illness that are seeking independent living. Many of our participants get apartments and go to college with the support of our amazing staff team.
Responsibilities: Supervise the daily activities of participants, providing ongoing support, guidance and role modeling. Facilitate participant improvement in the areas of personal responsibility, social skills, medication monitoring and administration, community living skills and behavior. Also assist in facilitating groups and providing transportation to medical appointments. Must be available for all shifts, including nights and weekends.
Qualifications: Associate’s degree or combination of training or equivalent combination of education and experience with client population
