The Group Home Program of NFI Vermont is currently seeking a Relief Residential Counselor. The Group Home is a residential program which provides assessment and stabilization services to males and females, ages 13-18. Counselors provide supervision and support, as well as provide a sense of safety and security to youth residents.
Job requirements: Superior interpersonal skills and ability to function well in a team atmosphere a must. Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field required. This is an entry level position, which includes nights/weekends. Pay range for this position is $20.50 - $23 per hour, depending on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package including tuition reimbursement.
