We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing home team. As a RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.
Responsibilities
- Assess residents' health status and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the physician
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including CNAs and LPNs
- Educate residents and their families about health conditions and care procedures
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
- Active RN license in the state of Alabama
- Strong clinical skills and experience in geriatrics or long-term care preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Passion for providing compassionate care to elderly residents
