Bridge House Manager
Location: Waukegan, IL

Nicasa Behavioral Health Services is seeking a licensed and motivated Bridge House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential behavioral health program based in Waukegan, IL. This role demands strong leadership, clinical knowledge, and a commitment to fostering a safe and supportive environment for clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all Bridge House operations, including budgeting, staffing, and facility maintenance
- Manage client fees/rent collection and budget monitoring
- Coordinate meal preparation with dietician and maintain facility upkeep
- Maintain accurate reporting to court services and referral sources
- Supervise and schedule support staff, clinical staff, volunteers, and interns
- Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of staff documentation and reports
- Provide ongoing training and support to staff
- Develop and maintain partnerships with service providers, referral sources, and community stakeholders
- Deliver individual and group counseling and education; participate in treatment planning and aftercare programs
- Respond appropriately to crisis, emergency, or trauma situations
- Serve on-call for house emergencies
- Attend staff meetings and trainings as scheduled
Qualifications:
- Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a residential behavioral health setting
- At least 2 years supervisory experience in substance abuse treatment, halfway house, or similar setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and resolve complex issues
