We are looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding customer service team. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position with hybrid remote option. Our Personal Lines Account Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, and educating our clients on the value of their policies.
A Property & Casualty license is required. Personal Lines experience preferred.

Responsibilities
- Gathering information from clients and assessing their risk profile and insurance needs.
- Keeping up with industry changes and standards so we can offer our clients the best insurance products and services available in today's marketplace.
- Help clients understand the extent and terms of their coverages.
- Aiding clients with endorsements, servicing and claims.
- Advising on risk management and risk transfer.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
Requirements
- Up to date P&C license.
- AMS360 or similar experience.
- Outlook or similar experience.
- Personal Lines insurance industry experience and knowledge.
Salary : $45,000 - $75,000
