As our Safety Specialist, you will be the key driver in fostering a safety-first culture at all project sites and within our organization. Your proactive approach will help prevent accidents, ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulations, and promote continuous safety improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety programs tailored to our electrical construction projects.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections at job sites, identifying hazards and recommending corrective actions.
- Lead safety orientations, toolbox talks, and training sessions to promote best practices.
- Review and interpret safety policies, OSHA regulations, and industry standards to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective measures.
