The Technical Education Program Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing innovative technical and biomedical training programs to support internal teams and customers. This role ensures alignment across technical, clinical, and organizational objectives by collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. This position develops state-of-the-art training resources, evaluates program effectiveness, and stays current on industry advancements to deliver impactful training solutions that enhance competencies and drive organizational success.
Essential Functions and Main Duties
- Design and implement cutting-edge technical and biomedical training programs for assigned product lines.
- Conduct training for internal field and corporate based technical teams, including new hires.
- Develop, facilitate and manage technical customer training classes in collaboration with clinical curriculum experts and the Learning and Development team.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technical and clinical training programs.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to assess training needs and develop customized solutions. Coordinate with Marketing and Sales teams to support unified and effective training initiatives that help drive revenue.
- Develops e-learning modules, videos, micro-learnings, product training, scripts, and other resources to advance technical training efforts.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, testing, and performance metrics. Continuously refine and optimize training content and delivery methods based on evaluations and organizational requirements.
- Stays current on new products, services, and system updates to ensure the delivery of effective training.
- Determines capital equipment requirements and budgets, ensuring all training equipment is properly capitalized, tracked, inventoried.
- Adherent to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
- Duties may be modified or assigned at any time based on business need.

Compensation
The anticipated range for this position is $92,000 to $128,000. Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, experience and location.

Working Conditions
Schedule : The regular hours for this full-time position are 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m., Monday–Friday, unless otherwise stated by the department manager. Holiday, weekend (if a remote class starts on a Monday), and evening work hours may be required. Regular hours may vary due to the needs of the organization or department and are subject to change at any time at the Company’s discretion.
Physical : Generally may require some reaching, bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying up to 25 pounds, finger dexterity, repetitive motions, standing, walking, sitting, hearing, visual acuity, and color vision. More specific details may be provided as needed or requested.
Travel : Approximately 30%
Access to Customer Sites : It is an essential function of this position to perform duties in healthcare facilities, and to achieve the necessary vendor credentialing. As part of this process, it is typically required to provide proof of vaccinations (including for COVID-19), and related personal medical information, and to comply with other criteria as needed to be able to work at customer sites. Typical vendor credentialing expenses will be paid / reimbursed by the Company.
