This role is based at our Phoenix, AZ HQ, and would require relocation to the Phoenix area.
We’re excited to work with a Serviceability Specialist that is focused on precision, accuracy, and quality. You are able to quickly adapt, course-correct, and put yourself in the customers’ shoes. Quality and integrity matter to you.
Responsibilities
- Developing and editing technical documentation including product manuals, diagnostics, and repair procedures
- Engagement with engineering, software development, program, and product teams to drive component changes and processes
- Gathering feedback and data from engineering, warranty, and cross-functional teams to improve technical documents
- Developing and managing SRT- Standard Repair Times used for warranty claims
Qualifications
- Experience in class 8 truck is required, EV experience is a plus
- Experience diagnosing or assembling mechanical/electrical components, experience on Nikola products is a plus
- Ability to present complex technical information and data in clear, concise text
- Excellent writing and grammatical skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Experience with CAD software
- Drive to exceed customer expectations
Additional Profile Characteristic Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with product improvement projects
- Software Proficiencies:
- XML Editing Software (PTC Arbortext)
- Adobe products (Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator)
Candidates must have current U.S. work authorization or be TN eligible from Mexico or Canada. This position is not eligible for CPT or OPT.
