We are seeking a highly motivated and organized dental receptionist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in/ check-out patients
- Enter billing codes for patient treatment
- Pre-authorize dental treatments
- Schedule appointments accurately
- Manage patient records and update patient information
- Collect payments for copays
- Ensure that office operations run smoothly
Qualifications:
- Proficient with Dentrix software
- Understand and properly complete billing and insurance processes with different insurance plans
- Proficient in understanding insurance coverage for PPO and Medicaid plans
- Multilingual receptionists are preferrable, specifically Polish & Arabic
- Dental knowledge of treatment for scheduling and billing
- Must have at least 2 year prior experience at a dental office
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
