The Healthcare Business Analyst ensures a thorough understanding of users’ needs through effective communication, rigorous testing, comprehensive documentation, and delivery of tailored solutions and may leverage Microsoft Excel, Power Query, and PowerBI to effectively execute data extraction, analysis, and visualization tasks.

On a typical day, you will be:
- Extracting data, developing reports, and performing analytics for both internal and external stakeholders, enhancing decision- making and strategic insights
- Documenting requirements and functionalities, acting as a primary contact for data-related queries and escalations
- Designing and implementing data visualizations that align with corporate standards and objectives, directly engaging with team members and stakeholders to address corporate needs in analytics and data integration
- Participating actively in the team environment, sharing expertise in data integration and analytics to bolster both individual and team capability, with a focus on continuous learning and technical skill advancement
- Ensuring the continuous support, development, and enhancement of BI reporting and data integration solutions, aiming for growth in quality and scope
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to capture and document requirements for technological enhancements and additions, contributing non-technical insights during the design and maintenance phases of BI reporting and data integration projects
- Taking on project assignments as needed, contributing to the organization's broader goals and initiatives in data management and analytics
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field or equivalent years of experience
- Ability to work with others at all levels of the business to effectively deliver solutions with minimal supervision
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Power Query and Power BI
- Healthcare Revenue Management Cycle experience
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
- Discretion and confidentiality is imperative
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent organization skills
