Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced **Java Developer** with strong expertise in **Spring Boot** and **AWS** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in building and deploying scalable applications in cloud environments. Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably at Capital One (Cap1), is preferred but not mandatory.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using **Java** and **Spring Boot**.
- Deploy and manage applications on **AWS**, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Work onsite in Richmond or McLean 3 days a week, collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
**Qualifications:**
