Nimnicht Buick GMC is seeking for smart, energetic, reliable Service Warranty Clerk to be apart of our family today!
DESCRIPTION:
- Processes warranty claims on a timely basis.
- Processes all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation
- Resubmits all rejected claims promptly.
- Follows up on payment of outstanding claims.
- Files and maintains all service records.
- Keeps informed of all factory recalls and bulletins.
- Assists with any clerical needs as directed by the Service manager.
- Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Hourly wages plus monthly commission bonus

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience highly preferred
- Must have a positive attitude and be a team player
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test)
- Experience preferred, but not required
- Will train
