Job Description : Ninyo & Moore Geotechnical & Environmental Consultants has immediate openings for a Soils and Materials Field Technician in Irvine or Fontana, California.
Experience in construction inspection, soils and materials testing, and appropriate field certification is a plus. The successful candidate will have knowledge regarding the standard test methods for field density testing of soil utility backfill, mass grading, paving subgrade, proof-rolling observation experience, as well as field concrete sampling and testing.
Experience with field testing of concrete with current ACI Field I certification, and asphalt experience would be ideal..
Required Skills : Candidate should have excellent mathematical, verbal and written communication skills, positive attitude, good organizational skills, and a strong work ethic.
Must have a current valid driver's license.
