Sensor C Shift QC Team Leader
Academic Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
High school diploma or GED required.
Combination of post-secondary education and/or previous associated work experience commensurate to two years required.
Will be required to complete continuing education courses as mandated by management.
MS Office experience required.
Manufacturing and quality assurance/control experience preferred.

Essential Duties:
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures which include IATF, ISO, TISAX, ISMS, and Safety related policies.
- Function as an emergency First Responder per WVSM;
- Ensure process achievements and promote customer focus throughout the organization.
- Lead associates and provide feedback to managers for evaluations
- Perform needed preventative maintenance on specialized testing equipment.
- Assist in evaluation of customer engineering requirements and final product quality requirements.
- Ensure process and product specifications are in compliance.
- Ensure final product conforms to quality specifications/customer requirements through technical and analytical methods.
- Provide troubleshooting and problem-solving assistance as required.
Other Duties:
Performance of household duties including 5S;
Prompt reporting of any abnormalities to management;
Will perform other duties as assigned by management.
