Kyriba Consultant

Job Purpose

The Consultant is responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality treasury management systems implementations. The Consultant will apply best practices and follow an implementation methodology throughout the project phases. The Consultant will lead blueprint designs sessions to understand client requirements and processes and lead systems and workflow configurations. The Consultant will also be responsible for training sessions and knowledge transfer to customers. The Consultant will manage project risks and ensure project documents are complete and stored appropriately. Eventually, Consultants will manage projects independently and manage day to day operational aspects of the project scope.

This job requires very strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully and effectively. The Consultant needs to be a self-starter with the ability to prioritize projects and needs and possess creativity towards problem solving. While not a hiring must-have, candidates will become experts on Treasury processes and Kyribas core modules and their function and constraints.

Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities:

• Interact and communicate with Client at all phases of Project Lifecycle
• Advise Clients on industry best practices, technology insight and recommend processes that align with a Clients requirements
• Document processes and design requirements in accordance with key deliverables from a Statement of Work
• Drive the technology implementation projects through the phases of Mobilization and Discovery, Data Gathering and Design, Build, Test (UAT, SIT, etc.), Deploy (Go-Live), and Hypercare
• Support training delivery, as needed
• Update Client weekly status reports
• Actively participate in reoccurring internal meetings related to Client Projects
• Work closely with Client Project Managers and Internal Delivery Lead to ensure key deliverables are met in accordance with the Project Plan
• Remain up to date on knowledge of and obtain/maintain certifications for new versions of Kyriba and/or other Treasury Management Systems.

Qualifications, Education and Experience

Necessary and desirable qualifications include, but are not limited to, the following:

• 1 years experience in implementation of Kyriba
• 1 years of experience in Treasury Management
• 1 years of experience in Management Consulting
• 1 years of experience with Microsoft Office suite of products; notably Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, MS Access, and Visio
• Functional/Technical knowledge with Kyriba preferred.
• Bachelors degree - Business Management, Finance, Engineering, Accounting or a related field is required

Working Conditions

Working conditions are normal for an office environment with remote work. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones. Work may require some weekend and evening work.

Physical Requirements

This position may include physical demands such as the ability to intensely focus and handle stressful situations. You will primarily be working on a computer and sitting in this role. There may be occasional travel involved.
