What are the responsibilities and job description for the Billing Specialist HVAC position at Nittany Energy?
Nittany Energy is looking to add a full-time billing clerk to our HVAC Service Department. The position is located in our State College office and will report directly to the Service Manager. This individual is responsible for the billing and filing of work orders completed by the technicians. This position also assists with answering phones and providing customer service as needed. This position will be Monday - Friday with daytime hours.
Responsibilities :
Processing and billing of daily work orders
Ordering and managing parts inventory
Assist in answering service customer calls
Assist Service manager as needed
Preferred :
Basic to advance computer skills
HVAC service experience
Excellent communication skills
