What will you do as a Production Team Member?
- Clean and oil forms in preparation for pouring concrete
- Place reinforcing bars, lifting hooks, and inserts
- Use various concrete tools, such as rakes, screeds, trowels, and vibrators
- Clean up beds and surrounding areas
- Perform maintenance as required
- Assist in stripping cured product of beds
- Other general labor duties as assigned
What are the knowledge, skills, and abilities we are looking for?
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, bending, squatting, lifting/carrying up to and exceeding 50 pounds)
- Must be comfortable climbing up tall ladders and working at elevated levels
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Commitment to safety rules
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to receive and follow instructions
- Positive attitude and work ethic
- Prior construction/manufacturing experience preferred, but training will be provided
Where and when will you be working?
This is a full-time, first shift position. Hours are Monday through Friday, 5:00 am to 1:30 pm or 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. Overtime may be required.
