We are seeking a Project coordinator/Manager to support the Product Safety department for mobile and home appliance products. This role focuses on risk management, project coordination, and ensuring timely execution of initiatives to safeguard products and customers. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced MS Excel expertise, and experience managing projects in fast-paced, global organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring on-time delivery within scope.
- Analyze data, generate reports, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
- Maintain and update SOP documentation; implement process improvements where needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders across regions.
- Support new product launches, handle administrative tasks, and ensure policy adherence.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of project management experience (global or complex organizations preferred).
- Strong data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with product development/testing or consumer electronics is a plus.
- PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean certification preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
- Bilingual (English/Korean) is highly desirable.
